Deloitte Middle East is seeking a highly organised and analytical Accounts Receivable Officer to join its finance team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer invoices, monitoring outstanding payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the company’s revenue collection processes.

Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on overdue payments.
Maintain accounts receivable ledgers and financial records.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
Prepare collection reports and ageing analysis.
Coordinate with clients regarding payment schedules and account balances.
Support month-end closing and financial reporting activities.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and financial procedures.
Assist auditors with accounts receivable documentation.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
Previous experience in accounts receivable, billing, or finance operations preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and credit control procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
