- Attempt to collect money or personal data fraudulently.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on Keekan Jobs — including logos, code, design elements, and written materials — are owned by Keekan Technologies or licensed appropriately. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any part of the platform without prior written permission.
5. Prohibited Activities
- Uploading harmful, malicious, or illegal content.
- Impersonating another person or entity.
- Spamming or sending unauthorized advertisements.
- Attempting to hack, scrape, or disrupt the platform.
6. Subscription, Fees & Refunds
Some services on Keekan Jobs may require paid subscriptions or job-posting credits. All fees are displayed clearly before payment. Refund requests will be reviewed according to our Refund Policy.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Our platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that job postings, employer details, or user information are error-free. In no event shall Keekan Jobs or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Keekan Jobs at any time for violations of these Terms or unlawful behavior. You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be handled in Dubai courts unless otherwise required by law.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
