In this role, you will take initiative to support guests throughout their entire visit by responding to requests, assisting with daily operational needs, completing routine reports, and sharing helpful local recommendations.</p><p>You are encouraged to move around the property, stay visible, and step in wherever support is needed. Whether you are solving a guest issue, coordinating with internal teams, or handling service tasks on the floor, your goal is to make every interaction feel like part of a great guest experience.</p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li><p>Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay, not only at arrival and departure</p></li><li><p>Handle guest requests quickly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction</p></li><li><p>Support day-to-day hotel operations, including basic administrative or service tasks</p></li><li><p>Complete required reports and follow internal procedures</p></li><li><p>Communicate local highlights and helpful information to guests when needed</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with team members to resolve issues and deliver consistent service</p></li></ul><h3>Workplace Standards &amp; Professional Conduct</h3><p>To succeed in this role, you must:</p><ul><li><p>Maintain a safe and clean work environment</p></li><li><p>Follow all company policies and standard operating procedures</p></li><li><p>Protect guest privacy and keep confidential information secure</p></li><li><p>Support quality standards and protect company assets</p></li><li><p>Maintain a professional uniform, grooming, and communication style</p></li><li><p>Work positively with team members to meet service goals</p></li></ul><h3>Physical Requirements</h3><ul><li><p>Ability to stand, walk, and stay active for extended periods during shifts</p></li><li><p>Ability to perform hands-on tasks and move items up to 10 lbs (without assistance)</p></li><li><p>Flexibility to work in different areas of the hotel as required</p></li><li><p>Ability to complete additional reasonable duties assigned by supervisors</p></li></ul><p></p>
