Guest Experience Experts don’t just handle check-in and check-out — they help create a stay that feels personal, smooth, and memorable. In this role, you will take initiative to support guests throughout their entire visit by responding to requests, assisting with daily operational needs, completing routine reports, and sharing helpful local recommendations.
You are encouraged to move around the property, stay visible, and step in wherever support is needed. Whether you are solving a guest issue, coordinating with internal teams, or handling service tasks on the floor, your goal is to make every interaction feel like part of a great guest experience.
Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay, not only at arrival and departure
Handle guest requests quickly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction
Support day-to-day hotel operations, including basic administrative or service tasks
Complete required reports and follow internal procedures
Communicate local highlights and helpful information to guests when needed
Coordinate with team members to resolve issues and deliver consistent service
To succeed in this role, you must:
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Follow all company policies and standard operating procedures
Protect guest privacy and keep confidential information secure
Support quality standards and protect company assets
Maintain a professional uniform, grooming, and communication style
Work positively with team members to meet service goals
Ability to stand, walk, and stay active for extended periods during shifts
Ability to perform hands-on tasks and move items up to 10 lbs (without assistance)
Flexibility to work in different areas of the hotel as required
Ability to complete additional reasonable duties assigned by supervisors
