Job Description:

Marriott International is hiring a talented Chef de Partie to support kitchen operations and deliver high-quality culinary experiences in its luxury resort restaurants.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to Marriott culinary standards

• Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning

• Maintain food hygiene and safety standards

• Supervise junior kitchen staff

• Ensure proper storage and use of kitchen ingredients

Requirements:

• Culinary diploma or professional cooking certification

• Minimum 3 years of kitchen experience

• Experience in international cuisine is preferred
