Prepare and cook dishes according to Marriott culinary standards
Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning
Maintain food hygiene and safety standards
Supervise junior kitchen staff
Ensure proper storage and use of kitchen ingredients
Culinary diploma or professional cooking certification
Minimum 3 years of kitchen experience
Experience in international cuisine is preferred
Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen
