Patient Services Executive

Aster Hospital Dubai is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Patient Services Executive to join its healthcare administration team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient support, coordinating appointments, assisting with registrations, and ensuring a smooth patient experience throughout their healthcare journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

• Manage patient registrations and maintain accurate medical records.

• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments with doctors and specialists.

• Assist patients with enquiries regarding hospital services and procedures.

• Coordinate with medical departments to ensure efficient patient flow.

• Handle insurance documentation and patient billing enquiries.

• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and medical records.

• Resolve patient concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.

• Support healthcare teams with administrative and operational tasks.

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare environment preferred.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare management systems.

• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
