Welcome guests and provide professional front desk services.
Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Handle room reservations, amendments, and cancellations.
Respond to guest enquiries and provide accurate information.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments.
Process payments and maintain billing records.
Assist with guest requests and special arrangements.
Maintain guest databases and hotel records.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and service standards.
Support overall front office operations and guest satisfaction initiatives.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business Administration.
Previous experience in hotel reception or front office operations preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of hotel reservation systems is an advantage.
Ability to work rotating shifts and weekends.
Good computer and administrative skills.
Fluent English communication skills.
Compensation range
AED 1,400 – 2,000
