Research, Education & Professional Development Stay current with advancements in orthopedic surgery, trauma management, sports medicine, and musculoskeletal treatments. Participate in clinical audits, research projects, and quality improvement initiatives. Attend medical conferences, workshops, and continuing medical education programs. Contribute to the development and implementation of best clinical practices within the orthopedic department. Requirements & Qualifications Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent medical qualification from a recognized institution. Board Certification in Orthopedic Surgery from a recognized medical board. Valid UAE Medical License (DHA, DOH, or MOH) or eligibility to obtain professional licensure within the UAE. Minimum of 5 years of post-certification experience as a Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon. Extensive expertise in orthopedic diagnosis, trauma care, joint replacement surgery, arthroscopy, and musculoskeletal treatment. Strong surgical skills with experience performing a wide range of orthopedic procedures. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling abilities.
