Assist in preparing and processing monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Verify employee attendance, leave records, and overtime calculations.
Maintain payroll records and employee compensation data.
Support WPS (Wages Protection System) payroll processing.
Prepare payroll reports and salary summaries.
Coordinate with HR regarding employee records and payroll updates.
Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies.
Resolve payroll-related enquiries from employees.
Assist with payroll audits and financial documentation.
Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
Previous payroll, finance, or accounting experience preferred.
Knowledge of payroll processing and UAE labour regulations.
Strong Microsoft Excel and data management skills.
