Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and other business communications in a professional manner.
Maintain and organize office filing systems to ensure accurate record keeping and easy document retrieval.
Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and guests, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Update, prepare, and maintain company documents, reports, and administrative records.
Support the upkeep, organization, and cleanliness of shared office spaces and common areas.
Perform general administrative, clerical, and office support tasks as required.
Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times.
Coordinate the maintenance and proper functioning of office equipment and facilities.
Provide reception and front-desk support whenever necessary.
Assist with day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment.
Compensation range
AED 1,500 – 2,500
