🚗 Hotel Driver / Guest Transport Associate – UAE

We are hiring a professional and service-oriented Hotel Driver to transport guests safely between the property and assigned destinations. This role plays an important part in delivering a smooth and welcoming guest experience.

The selected candidate will be responsible for operating the property vehicle, maintaining vehicle safety standards, and ensuring every journey reflects the hotel’s service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport guests safely to and from assigned destinations

• Record trip details before and after each journey

• Park the vehicle in designated areas when not in use

• Inspect vehicles regularly for cleanliness and damage

• Monitor tire pressure, fuel levels, and fluid levels

• Refuel vehicle as required

• Report maintenance issues to management promptly

• Document accidents, damages, or incidents and submit reports

Guest Service Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist with transportation needs

• Anticipate service requests and provide professional assistance

• Support guests with disabilities when required

• Maintain clear and professional communication

• Coordinate with team members via radio, phone, or email

• Uphold company service standards and quality expectations

Safety & Professional Standards

• Follow all company policies and safety procedures

• Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions immediately

• Maintain professional appearance and uniform standards

• Protect company assets and confidential information

• Complete required safety training certifications

Physical Requirements

• Stand, walk, or remain active for extended shifts

• Lift and move items up to 50 lbs independently

• Assist with heavier items (75+ lbs) when required

• Navigate stairs, ramps, and uneven surfaces

• Perform tasks requiring bending, reaching, and manual dexterity

• Respond quickly to operational situations
