Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals and department managers.

Coordinate with medical departments to ensure smooth operations.
Assist with insurance documentation and patient registration processes.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and patient enquiries.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous administrative experience in a hospital or healthcare facility preferred.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare management software.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Fluent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
