Marriott International is seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join its hospitality team. The role involves welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
Welcome guests and handle hotel check-in and check-out procedures
Manage reservations and booking confirmations
Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services
Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary
Coordinate with housekeeping and management teams
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management (preferred)
1–2 years of hotel front desk experience is an advantage
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
Basic computer and reservation system knowledge
