Crypto Content Moderator

Crypto Raven is seeking a detail-oriented and digitally savvy Crypto Content Moderator to support its growing blockchain and cryptocurrency operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring user-generated content, reviewing discussions, enforcing community guidelines, identifying inappropriate or misleading posts, and ensuring that all interactions align with company standards. You will work closely with marketing, customer support, and community management teams to maintain a positive experience for users interested in cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, NFTs, Web3 applications, and digital finance.

Daily responsibilities include moderating Telegram groups, Discord channels, social media comments, online forums, and community platforms. The role also involves responding to user enquiries, escalating complex issues, identifying spam activity, reporting suspicious behaviour, and supporting community engagement initiatives. Strong communication skills and the ability to make fair moderation decisions are essential.

Candidates should possess excellent written English skills, strong attention to detail, and a good understanding of online communities. Previous experience in content moderation, social media management, customer support, community management, or digital platforms will be advantageous. Knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain ecosystems, decentralised finance (DeFi), and digital asset trends will be highly valued.
