Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer / UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visual design principles, user experience design, and the ability to create engaging and intuitive interfaces. You will work closely with our product and development teams to design and enhance our digital products, ensuring they are visually appealing and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute visually engaging designs for digital and print media, including websites, mobile applications, social media, and marketing materials.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into compelling visual designs.
• Ensure consistency in design across all digital platforms and maintain brand guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Provide design support for marketing campaigns, including creating banners, ads, and promotional materials.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance the user experience.

Requirements:

• Visual Communication, UI/UX Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
• Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and practices.
• Experience with animation and motion graphics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
