Warehouse Coordinator
Mission of the role
As Warehouse Coordinator, you should be proficient in using SAP system. You play a crucial role in storing, maintaining records, coordinating stock, documenting warehouse transactions and inventory of all supplies, materials, equipment and machinery spare parts. You should manage multiple tasks and perform related work as required.
Your Tasks
- Responsible for accurately creating, entering, reviewing, editing and maintaining all inputted data, including production orders and bill of materials keyed into SAP system.
- Create daily, weekly, monthly production report to include RM input, FG output, down time & ingredient loss. Investigate & report all discrepancies as necessary.
- Creates and maintains ad hoc reports for production supervisor and or manager.
- Complete administrative tasks, including submitting vacation schedules and compiling data for department meetings.
- Verify & file production operators run reports.
- Run shift summary at the begging of each shift to brief on daily tasks & highlights.
- Learn and serve as key backup to the Supply Chain Planner as needed.
- Ability to enter and maintain data into the SAP system as it relates to a production environment accurately.
- Plan and order production and maintenance needed materials from internal warehouse & external vendors.
- Maintain and update all maintenance tasks to ensure accuracy of captured data in terms of time and used parts.
- Create and maintain daily, weekly, monthly shift schedule for all production & maintenance team, compile submit daily attendance sign off sheet for all operations team.
Your Profile
- Expert on SAP system & Microsoft Office
- 1-3 years strong SAP skills experience as Logistics Data Entry.
- Logistics Expert
- Good understanding of inventory management and warehouse processes
- Excellent English communication
