Job Description:
- Coordinate sales activities: Manage schedules, track sales progress, and assist in setting sales targets.
- Customer interaction: Handle client inquiries, provide after-sales support, and resolve customer complaints.
- Sales documentation: Prepare and maintain sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Data management: Enter and manage sales data in CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments like marketing and finance to align sales strategies and optimize performance.
- Reporting: Generate sales reports and analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Skills:
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially MS Excel and CRM systems.
