Full job description
- Manage DMC Reception desk and serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing them appropriately.
- Assistance in leasing functions.
- Answer all incoming calls inquiries, screen and re-direct. Transfer calls as appropriate and take adequate messages.
- Responsible to manage building access control system by following procedures and manage issuance of building and car parking access cards.
- Dispatch all company documents and ensure that all procedures are properly completed.
- Maintain an accurate database and filing system of all departmental correspondence, documents & reports.
- Coordinating and schedule departmental meeting, prepare meeting agenda.
- Handle all internal and external correspondences for the department, ensure follow up and dispatch of the same.
- Typing of internal correspondences, memos, reports, preparation of presentations seeking inputs from the respective team members.
- Liaise with all the department in DMC for various matters.
- Assist in coordinating company events.
- Purchase, receive and store the office supplies ensuring that basic supplies are always available
- Responsible for maintaining and updating Leasing and Property Information Handbook and Advertising Logbook.
- Responsible for maintaining a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
- Responsible convey the company policy and producers to clients and visitors.
- Professional and friendly approach to clients and visitors.
