Key Responsibilities:
Data Input: Accurately input and update client, financial, and project-related data into company systems.
Documentation: Verify, organize, and maintain digital and physical records for easy retrieval and compliance.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular checks to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
Reporting: Generate detailed reports from collected data as required by the management team.
Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to collect necessary information and resolve data discrepancies.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
System Optimization: Suggest improvements to streamline data management processes.
Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in business administration or a related field is an advantage.
Experience: Previous experience in data entry or a similar administrative role is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software
