FULL JOB DESCRITION

As a Client Services Advisor of our Client Services Centre, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton Promise. You will strive to discover your Clients and their every need, and to guide them across the Brand.

Job responsibilities

  • Ensure the daily operations of the Call Center is smooth and align with the company’s business strategy.
  • Take lead and ownership in delivering a luxury and customer centric experience.
  • Contribute and assist to achieve all sales & KPI targets.
  • Develop relationships with clients by handling guests’ expectations and needs effectively and efficiently, including problem resolutions.
  • Work closely with Stores to enhance client’s requests.

Profile

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years extensive experience in customer services or luxury retail, fresh graduate is also welcomed.
  • Passionate for the Brand
  • Able to thrive in a call center environment with strong passions and commitment.
  • Demonstrate Louis Vuitton Attitudes: Curiosity, Empathy, Agility and Commercial Mindset
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Customer service and guest oriented with selling and retail operational skills.
  • Proactive with good team spirit and able to take initiatives.
  • Able to commit to work with flexible hours in shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Fluent in Arabic, English
  • Good computer literacy
