Job Summary

At IIQAF, we strive to make work a place of play. Our organization is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our creative and ambitious team.

The successful candidate will be in charge of administrative tasks such as researching information, scheduling appointments, managing budgets, preparing reports, organizing events and meetings, and providing customer service.

You should have excellent organizational skills as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently. Our Administrative Assistant should be an independent thinker, proactive problem-solver, and keen observer.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and gather relevant information, statistics, and data
  • Provide administrative support to the organization
  • Manage budgets and expense tracking
  • Organize and coordinate events/meetings
  • Prepare reports, letters and presentations
  • Oversee customer service calls
  • Maintain filing systems and databases
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • 2 years of administrative experience
  • Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Highly motivated and eagerness to learn
